Hubspot Inside Sales Representative Position Overview

As a Hubspot Inside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for making 80-100 calls per day to educate prospective customers on proper tire inflation and tire care practices and selling the proper tire inspection and inflation packages that meet their needs. You will spend 100% of your time in the office and working by telephone, cell phone, or MS Teams to contact potential customerand aiding in the start of new service and building a customer network in your territory. We are very interested in individuals that have contacts in trucking and connections with Fleet Managers but also aggressive and talented salespeople with good communication skills and experience with HubSpot contact manager software. You will prepare Customer proposals for approval and present these to customers. You will use Hubspot to develop and communicate using sequenced emails to build trust and establish relationships with customers.

The position Title is Inside Sales Representative (ISR) and you will help deliver results and improved tire management strategies to customers. You will be speaking with customers daily via phone or in-person and must be willing to learn persuasive selling skills. Our service is patented and we have generated significant results for customers. We are a finalist in the Loudoun Innovation Challenge and have a rapidly growing customer base. Our business is rapidly growing with a plan to go nationwide. This is an experienced position for someone that is skilled in sales and is a persuasive communicator with significant upside opportunity for those that can prove themselves and deliver results.
