Based out of Sterling, VA, Fuel and Tire Saver uses a patented tire data gathering and inflation system to inspect and evaluate tires and maintain precise fleet tire pressures.

Tires are inflated with ÅASTRAEA Nitrogen to reduce oxidation and permeability loss, and working tire strain is optimized using statistical process control techniques to lower the rolling resistance of tires. The FTS Tire Optimization Process reduces fuel consumption, increased safety, and extends tire life. Fleet Managers and operators save considerably above service costs and appreciate the convenience of professional tire pressure management.

Our Founder

Mike Lo Presti, Chief Tire Scientist, Founder & CEO

Michael Lo Presti, PE, is the Chief Tire Scientist, Founder, and CEO of the Fuel & Tire Saver Systems Company (FTS). Based out of Sterling, VA, FTS uses a patented tire data gathering and inflation system to inspect and evaluate tires and maintain precise fleet tire pressures. 
Mike holds a Mechanical Engineering Degree from Virginia Tech and an MBA from Wake Forest University. He is a Licensed Professional Engineer in Virginia and seven other states and holds four US patents.
 
As a private Engineering Expert Consultant with over 35 years of experience, a true “Car-guy” that loves cars, racing, and tires. When he’s not working, he can be found under the hood or behind the wheel of his Chevrolet Corvette.
 
Mike is married to his beautiful wife, Rhonda, and has four daughters and four grandchildren. Mike and his family are long-time residents of Sterling, Loudoun County, Virginia.
